Karen Hewitt is the Broker Owner of LIV Real Estate. She has been licensed in the State of Iowa since 2006 and has earned several designations over the previous years including: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Karen has been recognized as being in the Million Dollar Club within her first years in the industry and has remained at the top of her profession since. She has been recognized by the Fairfield Town Crier as the Best of Reader’s Choice the last several years. She has also been recognized with the prestigious Top Leadership award.

Karen was born and raised in Fairfield, IA. Karen has been involved in her community by serving on various boards and committees including as Co-Chair on the Fairfield City Board of Adjustments, Co-Chair on a RAGBRAI committee on two different tours and currently as a Volunteer board member on the Jefferson County Foster Care Review Board as well as with many other volunteer opportunities. She has remained committed to serving her community and looks forward to continuing to give back. Karen views all things family as the most important part of life and shares three beautiful children whom are her heart and reason for all things positive. She loves celebrating their joys and accomplishments and just being their Mom. Karen enjoys reading, traveling, family time and listening to music. She loves a great challenge and being outside when possible.
